BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TARIFFS: Tariffs include linen and are subject to change without notice.
When a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit the
tariff quoted will be honoured.
Extra
person: $55 per
night (1-7 nights)
DEPOSITS:
To confirm a booking a deposit is required within 14 days. Cheques will
be accepted for deposits only.
REFUND:
If a booking is cancelled, no refund of the deposit shall be made unless
and until the apartment is relet for the total period of the proposed
occupancy. A
cancellation will attract a $50 administration fee.
PAYMENT:
Balance of account is payable on arrival and is not subject to a refund.
Payments may be made by
cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard & Bankcard.

UNIT ALLOCATION: Where possible management
will allocate requested units. When circumstances beyond our
control prevent this, an alternative unit will be allocated.
Cots and high chair available for hire.
